Hey there friends, fans, and stalkers! I have a wee bit of exciting news to share with you this fine day.
I HAVE A LITERARY AGENT!!
Yup! Officially as of Friday, I am represented by Literary Counsel. Frances Black and Jennifer Mishler are so excited to be taking on GEEK GIRLS DON’T WEAR PETTICOATS, and I honestly think that the three of us can take this book places. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and understanding of my weirdness make them a great fit for GGDWP, and for myself as an author. So here’s to the beginning of a long, beneficial mutual relationship!
On another note:
Because my career seems to be branching in two separate (but related) directions, I have made another decision. My erotic romance works are a lot different than my mainstream romance, and I want to keep it that way. I don’t ever want to stop writing for Ellora’s Cave, if they’ll have me, so to maintain the integrity of that branch of my career, as well as continue to try to launch my full-length mainstream novels, I’ve decided that I’ll be taking a pen name for my erotic romance from now on.
Here’s the cover for Dear Addi, by moi, writing as Regina Cole
I’ve got a temporary website and bio for my pen name, so stop by and check it out if you’d like by clicking the banner below:
My pen name is no secret. I just want readers to know that if you pick up a Regina Cole eBook, it won’t be quite the same as a Gina Lamm book. Hopefully you’ll enjoy them both, because I’ll keep writing both.
You can follow my alter ego on twitter at @ReggiCole, or contact that particular personality at Regina_Cole @ live . com, spaces removed.
That’s all for now! Woo-hoo! Now, to gear up for one of my favorite holidays, and to get ready for my trip to DISNEY!
“Mrs. Lamm, you just got a literary agent. What are you going to do next?”
I’M GOING TO DISNEY WORLD!!!!***
***Please note: these two things are completely unrelated. But I don’t care. I’ve always wanted to do that.
